Jenny Eden Berk received her Master’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania in psychological services. She is a certified Eating Psychology Coach, mindful eating instructor, and health and wellness blogger. Jenny earned her certificate from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating in 2015 and her MB-Eat certificate in 2016. She is a regular contributor for The Huffington Post and Boston Mom’s Blog. Jenny is the founder and owner of Jenny Eden Coaching—a practice devoted to help men, women, and teens create a more healthy and sustainable relationship with food and their body image. INSIGHTFUL BOOK ON HOW TO DEAL WITH BODY IMAGE AND YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD

What a poignant book for those of us who struggle with body image in the society we live in today. I wish this book had been available to me decades age, so I would have learned at a younger age how to accept my given curvier assets and change my relationship with food. . However, I do not think it is too late for a senior citizen to embrace the principles of what Jenny delivers in her book. Many of us who have struggles with body image, diet and exercise can relate to Jenny's personal stories as well as the stories of her clients. This book is a must read for those who struggle with body image.. Others should read the book too for then they would have a better understanding of what many people have gone through for decades.

For a healthy and authentic life ... this book's for you!

Jenny's book is an incredible resource for those of us who continually struggle with our body image. Whether you're trying to reconcile your relationship with your self, your body, your weight, with food or with exercise, this book is for you. I started weekly sessions with Jenny last spring and found them to be very enlightening. In this book, I believe, you too will find many answers to the struggles you've had during your lifetime - I certainly did. Jenny has a remarkable way of helping others to live an authentic and healthy life. She's kind and caring in her advice. She holds you accountable but gives you the tools you'll need to feel more positive about yourself and how you feel about your body and self image. For me, it helped erase the old messages and replace them with more positive ones. From exercising in increments to savoring those first few bites of something delicious to always having fruit and nuts in my bag to allowing me to be myself, to take care of myself, sometimes first before others, Jenny's advice is spot on! I'm thrilled that others will now have Jenny's advice and vast knowledge available to them so that, they too, can live their best life and be the best that they can be.
